- Kenn ASteve was great. My microwave oven wouldn’t turn off at first, in fact we had to unplug it to turn it off. Then it started tripping the breaker when we plugged it in. I described the problem and Steve knew exactly what the problem was. And, he had the part with him. This was a day before Thanksgiving and I just knew he was going to say, we need to order a part and it’ll be in next week. Nope. I was wrong. He had the part, installed it in minutes. Now it’s working like new and I can use it for thanksgiving. Service - Excellent. Professionalism - Excellent. Punctuality - Excellent, in fact he was a little early. That’s great.
